How does it work?​

Getting started

The first step is to choose how to get started with the app. You can either let the app create a training programme designed for you or choose premade workouts yourself. To get a customized programme you'll need to answer a few training related questions and do three mobility tests.

Your programme

If you choose to let the app design your training you'll get a 4-week programme with workouts customized for you. The app guides you through every step with instruction videos for all 700+ exercises. You can work out at the gym, with a powerband or just using your own bodyweight.

Premade sessions and sports

If you want to design your programme yourself you'll get to choose from an extensive list of premade workouts of different categories. Examples include workouts created in collaboration with some of our most influential partners, workouts designed to help you get better at a specific sport and workouts that focus on a certain muscle group.
